How Bullseye NZ Works

Bullseye is a lotto game with a draw every day and a base jackpot of $100 000. This jackpot is capped at $400 000, and if no wins happen, a “Must Be Won” draw takes place.

To enter, you need to pick a six-digit Bullseye number between 000 000 and 999 999. If you get all six, you win Bullseye’s first division prize, which is the jackpot.

How Bullseye NZ Works

How to Play Bullseye Lotto

Since the game aims to get the winning number, you need to pick your number. If you don’t want to go through the effort, use the Dip feature.

Dips are random numbers selected by a program, which is allegedly your best chance at winning. Or, you can pick a six-digit number manually and see if you win. You can also save your ticket as a “favourite” online and keep playing it.

Bullseye Lotto Payouts

Like the lotto, Powerball, or strike, these draws are random, so you need a winning number, and the closer you are, the higher your chances are of winning.

While getting the exact match is difficult, guessing within five numbers higher or lower still earns you a big prize. Here’s an example from the official website:

Playing Bullseye Lotto Tickets

When you’re ready to start playing, you can visit your local retailer, download the Lotto NZ app, or visit the official site to buy a $2 ticket. As we noted above, you can get random picks or choose your own number to play.

But, we should mention that buying a ticket comes with terms and conditions. You can read through them on the Lotto’s website or that of the New Zealand Lotteries Commission.

With that said, you can confidently go out and buy as many tickets as you like to stand a chance to win!
